this nasty old bitch is the parking ticket nazi on our college campus. there are 10 minute spots near the buildings that we park at for a half hour or so. she gives us tickets exactly at 11 minutes. i’ve received so many that her ‘campus safety’ car follow me into school almost every morning now.
